Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all paid products and services on Codefarm (codefarm.in), operated by Arvind Kumar. If anything below is unclear, reach out via the contact page before purchasing.

Ebooks

Ebooks are digital products delivered instantly by email after successful payment. Because the file is delivered immediately, refunds are not offered once a download link has been issued, except where the payment was clearly erroneous (e.g. a duplicate charge) or the file is genuinely inaccessible or corrupted and cannot be re-delivered after we've tried to help. Report delivery problems within 7 days of purchase via contact.

Mentorship sessions

Mentorship, mock interview, and code review sessions are paid for upfront to reserve a slot. You may cancel or reschedule at no charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before the session is scheduled. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund. If a session cannot be delivered due to unavailability on our side, you will receive a full refund or a free reschedule, your choice.

Cohorts

Cohort registration fees are refundable in full up to 7 days before the cohort start date. After that point, fees are non-refundable, since seats and cohort planning are finalized around registered participants. If a cohort is cancelled or postponed by us, all registered participants receive a full refund.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5-7 business days. To request a refund, contact us with your payment reference (order ID or payment ID from your confirmation email).
