These terms govern your use of codefarm.in and any purchase of ebooks, mentorship sessions, or cohort programs (together, "Services") from Arvind Kumar, operating as Codefarm. By using this site or purchasing a Service, you agree to these terms.

Digital products (ebooks)

Ebooks are licensed for your personal, individual use only. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly share, or repost the file or its content. Download links are personal to your purchase and are rate-limited and time-limited; sharing them with others is a violation of these terms and may result in the link being revoked without refund.

Mentorship & cohorts

Mentorship sessions and cohorts are educational services. Booking a session reserves time on a real calendar; please see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellation terms. Advice given during sessions is informational and does not guarantee any specific outcome (e.g. job offers, interview results).

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Codefarm does not store your card, UPI, or bank details on its own servers — all payment credentials are handled directly by Razorpay. Prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to circumvent payment or access controls, or use automated means to scrape, abuse, or overload the site's systems, including its payment and download infrastructure.

Limitation of liability

Services and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Codefarm is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
